Boston Globe Review: Harrows Chicken Pies

If you live in Greater Boston, you've probably heard of Harrows.  The local chain has opened its first location south of Boston.  I'd heard about its chicken pies, and that they were "just different" from other pot pies.  And I set out to find out how.

    We do have a lot of savoury pies in NZ but never tried it with chicken, got to look for some recipe and make some of those.

    Great writing Shirley! Now I am curious to try this place, and it is too bad we don't have it here! Chicken pies sounds great. SF can be cold/cool all year around (except for this week), and the pies sounds very comforting all year around!

      Thank you, Nami! I think every city needs more savory pie places. Funny, I always think of all of California as being sunny and hot, I never imagined SF would be cold/cool all year.
